How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE to lower 48 states when purchasing a TigerTail and selecting UPS ground during checkout. Faster methods add cost. Free shipping may not apply with certain discounts/offers. See our Shipping and Policies page.

Shopping Regulations

  1. DELIVERY TIME

    The time of completing the order for dispatch is usually 24 hours to 21 business days after receiving your money transfer or your "cash on delivery" order. The articles we have in stock at the moment are usually delivered within 2-3 days.

    We recommend to check the possible delivery time with our shop assistant before placing the order.

  2. WAYS OF DELIVERY

    The items you order are dispatched by DHL or UPS courier service (in Poland only). All parcels are insured and delivered quick.

  3. SHIPPING COSTS

    The shipping costs are covered by the Customer:

    • via POLISH POST EMS - 35-55 EUR
    • "cash on delivery" fee - 5 EUR
  4. INVOICES

    Each customer receive an invoice with all purchased items indicated.

  5. PAYMENT METHODS

    Our store offers you the following ways to pay for the ordered items:
    - "cash on delivery" (When your order is delivered, you hand over the payment in cash to the agent of the shipping service)
    - money transfer - you will be asked to transfer the money after we have your order ready to be dispatched
    Loyal Customers are allowed to make delayed transfer payments.

  6. COMPLAINTS AND SERVICE

    If any technical failures or damages are found within the warranty period, please send us a written complaint. If the item is under the warranty, it shall be returned to us with the purchase receipt and the decription of the problem enclosed.

    Note! Complaints within the warranty period will be investigated only when all of the above conditions are fulfilled. We do not accept any „cash on delivery” parcels. The cost of shipping the returned items should be covered by the Customer.

  7. WARRANTY

    All the items we sell are under 12 months warranty. LAFOT warranty is valid only when:

    • failures are caused by defects in material or by workmanship and not by improper use, maintenance or service. The item is not damaged by any mechanical, chemical, high temperature influences or fire;
    • the item is returned with the detailed decription of the problem
  8. RETURN POLICY

    The item may be returned to us only after consulting it with the shop. The return is accepted only when the item is returned with the its complete equipment. The item must not wear any signs of exploatation and shall appear as a brand new one. After the item is returned, the Customer receives his money back. The amount of the money is decreased by the shipping cost.

  9. SHOP REGISTRATION

    You must register to buy products from our shop. The registration form gives us the information about the Customers name and shipping address.

  10. THE SHOPPING CART

    To purchase any item you need to put it into a virtual shopping cart by clicking the "add to cart" button located by each item. Adding to a cart does not mean that the purchase order has just been placed – it is still possible to cancel. While adding to a cart the quantity of the ordered item may be entered.

    The actual content of the cart may be checked at any moment by clicking "Cart" icon located in the top menu of our shop. When the content of the cart is displayed, it is possible to change the ordered quiantities by filling the number field or remove any item from the cart by entering zero.

Conditions limited 6 - of month's guarantee

Producer Tech Engineering Inc Team. (TECH Team) in period 6.months from the original date of the purchase is guaranteeing the primaeval buyer exchanged farther mechanical elements of products won't have the "TECH Team" of material defects and defects resulting from the manufacturing process. This guarantee concerns only a primaeval buyer of these products. In order to take advantage of the service under the terms of the guarantee, one should submit the TECH Team concluding the acceptable receipt of purchase to the company date of transaction, copy of the receipt received at the purchase . The warranty doesn't include defects associated with removing the protection, be disassembly of the product. .

The TECH Team as part of the guarantee commits itself to make repair, or the exchange of the imperfect element, if the product being subject to a guarantee or the element will stay for the cost for the sender provided the authorised Service Centre. The parcel should contain personal details and the address of the buyer, the number of the contact phone and the description of problem. To join also belongs for the receipt, or the invoice with the date of the purchase .

The warranty isn't applying (I) of elements and parts turned off below, or products (II) damaged by chance, be by abusing, improper exploitation, accident, overloading, alteration, misuse, with improper installation, or improper service . The use or the commercial or industrial exploitation cause loss of the guarantee .

The TECH team is reserving the right to change in the structure of the product without the need to get ahead of its story about it. The TECH team doesn't have the duty of the improvement or created earlier alterations of products .

No distributor, the representative or the employee the TECH Team isn't authorised to create any alterations, widening and additions to this guarantee.

Guarantee applications and products returned to the service under the terms of the guarantee must have the number assigned the authorization of the guarantee in the destination of the identification of the parcel. For the service under the terms of the guarantee it is possible to obtain numbers of the authorization of the guarantee and the information about parcels through the option www.tigertail.us.

Not enveloped products with this guarantee:

  • Finishing material and the synthetic rope in ATV Tow System products
