  1. How much is shipping?

    Shipping is FREE to lower 48 states when purchasing a TigerTail and selecting UPS ground during checkout. Faster methods add cost. Free shipping may not apply with certain discounts/offers. See our Shipping and Policies page.

  2. How long will delivery take?

    Delivery time depends on stock and location. If the parts you order are in stock, delivery is within 2 weeks. If the parts are not in stock, it can take up to 4 weeks.

  3. Are other colors available?

    Currently TigerTail is only offered in Tiger Orange.

  4. Why do I need to purchase a custom mount with a TigerTail?

    TigerTail is a durable design and requires a proper mount.

  5. What is the rope made of?

    The rope is synthetic with a wear resistance coating.

  6. Why not use a winch on the rear instead?

    Winches are not designed to tow due to brake mechanism damage caused by shock loading.

  7. How can the spool handle the towing forces?

    The rope is attached to the steel shaft with no load applied to the spool.

  8. Are there volume discounts?

    Order 5-9 (10%) Order 10-14 (20%) Order 15+ (30%)

  9. Are these available at ATV events?

    Yes. There will be proper information on our website.

  10. Does the TigerTail work for towing snowmobiles?

    The TigerTail can be used on snowmobiles. We currently do not have mounts or hitches for snowmobiles but custom mounts can be fabricated.
